        First

       The kiwi smoothie

• 3 kiwifruits
• 2 bananas
• 1 cup of blueberries
• 1 cup of Soya milk
• 3 tablespoons of honey
• 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1-1/2 cups crushed ice

     Now blend all of the ingredients

    Eat immediately serve chilled

    The lemon smoothie

• 1 cup of soya milk
• 1/2 cups yoghurt if you want
• 3 tablespoon of fresh lemon 
• 2 tablespoons of honey to make it sweet
• 1/34 cups of ice

Then blend it

     The banana smoothie

• 1 banana
• 2 or 3 shakes of cinnamon
• 1 cup of soya milk 

And blend
      Yes! it's that simple and it's a real show stopper

      The stingy orange smoothie

• 4 oranges peeled
• 2 cups of ice
• 1/3 cups of soya milk
• 1/2 tablespoons of honey for your seetnes levels
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Blend and serve
